We try and keep our stock levels high at all times so most items can be dispatched between 2 – 3 working days. However, please leave a maximum of 10 working days.
We return the old cushions back to you so remember you will be going home with twice as many.
Please remember that products are FREE to collect.
Items bought through this website can be returned or exchanged, however the carriage cost of return is the customers responsibility. Items must be returned in good condition and within their original packaging.
Our foam is measured and cut in cm and inches. Please have your measurements ready in one of these units before you make your order.Please be aware that we have a 5mm tolerance level on all foam cuts.
Although we take care to ensure that all product details and descriptions appear on our website as up-to-date as possible, they may not always reflect the details exactly at the moment of order.
Please note that prices may be subject to change, but will not affect the price on an item after it has been ordered.
Please be aware our regular item sizes (everything but foam) are approximate.
For payment on our website, we take all major debit and credit cards(Maestro, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Solo, Visa Credit). We also take payment through Paypal. In store we take card payments(Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron and Maestro). We also take cash payments. We do not accept cheques in store or through our website.
Large items such as foam sheets or mattresses may be subject to an additional charge. This will be shown on the order page. Very large items may be subject to pick up only.
Deliveries will be delivered to the address stated. However, special instructions such as “Leave with neighbour” or “leave in garage” may be taken.
Upholstery work is not carried out off site. All work undertaken is done in house.
We are happy to take on work that is brought in to us, however we can only offer pickups within the immediate area.

Returns Policy
Please note that H.M Foam Distributors Ltd do not affect your statutory rights, so a full refund on returns is accepted within 14 days of invoice. Please contact us via (01249) 816686 and have your order number ready. Customers are responsible for arranging their own carriage for the return of goods. Once your refund request is accepted and goods are returned in their original condition, your funds will be repaid via the same method in which they were paid for.
